Case of an earthquake- Areas subject to disclosure
Areas subject to disclosure will be the following regions classified by the Japan Meteorological Agency (regions used by the Japan Meteorological Agency when issuing preliminary earthquake reports or preliminary seismic intensity information) which include cities and towns where FRI's assets are located.

When an earthquake with an intensity of “5 lower” or higher on the Japanese seven-stage seismic scale occurs in the areas subject to disclosure, information will be disclosed on our website regardless of the actual damages.
- Timing of disclosure
FRI will aim to disclose information by the next business day following an earthquake.
Case of the other disaster(typhoon, rainfall, etc.)
In the case any damages that will have a material impact on the management conditions is confirmed at properties owned by FRI, information will be disclosed.
