Mitsui Fudosan Frontier REIT Management Inc.
Asset Management Company | FRI and its asset management company, Mitsui Fudosan Frontier REIT Management Inc. ("MFF") entered into the Asset Management Agreement on May 12, 2004. As an investment trust management company licensed under the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Law of Japan (the "Investment Trust Law"), MFF shall provide asset management services pursuant to the said Asset Management Agreement and the asset management criteria and policies outlined under the Articles of Incorporation of FRI. Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited
Asset Custodian | FRI and its asset custodian, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (the "Asset Custodian"), entered into the Custody Agreement on September 29, 2008. As an asset custodian defined under the Investment Trust Law, the Asset Custodian shall provide services relating to the custody of assets held by the Investment Corporation pursuant to the said Custody Agreement. |
Administrative Agent (Institution) | FRI and its administrative agent (institution), Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (the "Administrative Agent (Institution)"), entered into the Administrative Agency Agreement (Institution) on September 29, 2008. As an administrative agent (institution) defined under the Investment Trust Law, the Administrative Agent (Institution) shall provide administrative services pursuant to the said Administrative Agency Agreement (Institution). The services provided by the Administrative Agent (Institution) include services relating to the administration of Directors' meetings and General Meetings of Unitholders (excluding the delivery of documents relating to General Meetings of Unitholders and the collection and collation of documents relating to the exercise of voting rights). |

Administrative Agent for Investment Corporation Bonds | Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited and FRI formed each fiscal and issuing/paying agency agreement with regard to the latter's 2nd series of unsecured investment corporation bonds on November 12, 2016, and the latter's 3rd/4th series of unsecured investment corporation bonds on July 4, 2018. Based on these agency agreements, the duties Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank will perform on behalf of FRI include the following.

(Note) | The system of business execution concerning SC management has been modified as of April 1, 2011, with the SC management business, originally entrusted to Mitsui Fudosan, being re-commissioned to the Mitsui Fudosan Group’s Frontier REIT SC Management Corporation which specializes in the SC management business. |
